Real estate markets in Africa are hungry to learn from foreign developers, property professionals, and law firms in developing a dynamic real estate market. They are preparing to leverage cutting edge technology and education that exists in developed markets today in response to the needs of a growing real estate market.
Government reforms, NGO activity, and World Bank Projects (among many others), are engaged across the continent, working to address different components of informality and inefficiency in these real estate markets.
The mission of Abri is to organize and develop resources for the advancement of real estate in Africa. The core component of it’s mission is to engage in Basic and applied Research and use the findings in developing Real Estate solutions that includes mobilizing resources, utilizing essential tools necessary to advance real estate markets in these communities and also joining strategic alliances to realize change to promote international best practice in Africa.
